TheWegovy/Trulicity  weight loss programmes will help you to achieve successful weight loss by controlling your appetite, curbing your hunger and reducing the cravings for sweet and fatty foods, that we all have. Its main aim is to Help aid the body by eating less & to utilize and convert your fat stores into energy, resulting in weight loss! And NO RAPID WEIGHT GAIN WHEN YOU STOP!!
You will need an appointment with our practitioner prior to starting the treatment so she can assess your eligibility & check your current medical state.

Each programme  WILL LAST YOU BETWEEN 3-4 WEEKS WITH THE AVERAGE WEIGHT LOSS IN THAT TIME BEING 10-18 POUNDS
 

Wegovy/Trulicity
Wegovy/Trulicitywork by mimicking a hormone made in the intestines called GLP-1 which helps you feel full after eating. In essence, it decreases your hunger and need to eat. This action assists in weight loss, particularly in conjunction with exercise and a healthy diet.
Taking Wegovy/Trulicity Safely: These medications are designed for use by people with a BMI over 22, or over 27 if the patient also suffers from a weight-related issue such as high blood pressure. The treatment is designed to be injected subcutaneously (i.e. under the skin) and is normally administered in the abdomen, thighs or upper arm. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation – although these usually go away within a few weeks.

Wegovy/Trulicity are types of medication which are Licenced for use in the UK as  weight loss medications. Like all medications, they come with a range of potential side effects which differ from client to client, these generally subside within a few days, drinking plenty of water can help reduce an ease these side effects, generally, once your body is used to the medications these subside. The most common side effects of Wegovy/Trulicity include nausea, diarrhoea, headaches, fatigue and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels). Some people may experience dizziness, abdominal discomfort or increased urination as well. Rarely, more serious side effects such as allergic reactions have been reported in some patients taking Wegovy/Trulicity; however, these are rare occurrences. Other possible, rare side effects include changes in appetite, skin rash or itching, depression or mood changes, joint pain or swelling and changes in vision. If any of these side effects occur while taking Wegovy/Trulicity  they should be reported to your treatment provider as soon as possible so they can make the appropriate adjustments to your medication dosage or treatment plan if necessary. It is important to discuss any concerns about this risk with your provider before starting out on Wegovy/Trulicity. Overall though, it is important to remember that the vast majority who take Wegovy/Trulicity do not experience any adverse side effects from the drug. The most common ones tend to be mild and usually do not require treatment or further medical intervention. If you are experiencing any uncomfortable symptoms after beginning a course of Wegovy/Trulicity then it is best to talk them through with your provider before deciding whether you should continue with the medication or explore alternative options which may work better for you and your specific needs.
You will be provided with general diet advice however you must ensure the foods that you do eat during the programme are healthy, nutrient rich food choices.
